Exhibition Curation & Artist Liaison
Exhibition Curation & Artist Liaison
I work with artists, galleries and institutions on the conception and delivery of exhibitions - from curatorial conception and artist selection to artist liaison, logistics and realisation, including internationally. My curatorial approach is guided by my belief in art's capacity to open spaces for critical reflection and unexpected encounter.
Writing & Editorial
I write critical and catalogue essays, as well as texts and editorial content, for artists, galleries, and institutions. My work often engages, though not exclusively, with contemporary art history and the environmental humanities. I also offer copyediting, proofreading and translation, in English and German.
Talks & Lectures
I give public talks and lectures on art history, with a particular focus on international and Scottish contemporary art, the environmental humanities and the politics of landscape and nature. I am available to speak to academic, institutional and public audiences, in English and German.
Public Programming & Event Curation
I develop and deliver public programmes that bring together art, ideas and diverse audiences. Drawing on my experience in exhibition-making, artist residencies and interdisciplinary event curation and delivery, I work with institutions to create talks, panels, screenings and workshops that foster thoughtful encounters with art and environmental thought.
Event Moderation
I host and moderate talks, speaking events, panel discussions and Q&As with artists, writers and scholars, in English and German. Conversations can be a form of thinking together, allowing for new ideas to emerge. I approach each event with deep curiosity, attention and a commitment to creating space for thought, and, sometimes, the unexpected.
